Description
Dark Canyon Campground is located 8 miles north of Idyllwild off of Highway 243. The campground is located in a forested area with a stream nearby, but in order to protect the endangered Mountain Yellow Legged, access to the stream is prohibited. The campground has 17 sites that can accommodate trailers up to 22 feet. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets and potable water are also available.
