Description
Stay in a rustic cabin in gorgeous Hyalite Canyon. Maxey Cabin has no electricity or running water. The main cabin includes a wood stove and two double bunk beds, sleeping a total of four. There is also a smaller cabin with one double bunk bed, sleeping two. Basic cooking supplies are provided and there is a small stream near the cabin. The cabin can be driven to in summer, but in winter be prepared for a hike - it can be up to 10 miles from the nearest accessible parking to the site. But no matter the time of year, you'll find a host of activities - ice climbing, fishing, hiking along waterfall trails and more.
