Stay in a historic, rustic Forest Service guard station in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The two-room lodge, built in 1933, features running water and a flush toilet, as well as a kitchen with sink, propane rangetop, propane refrigerator, table, and chairs. Dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are not provided. A wood stove provides heat in colder months, and propane lighting is available. Up to six people can stay in the cabin's three sets of bunks with mattresses, but you will want to bring your own linens as well as cooking utensils and paper goods. It's a primitive experience with some of the comforts you need. Running water only available during warmer months.
