Direct lakefront location-tip of private point jutting out into Lake Champlain. Surrounded by 200 acres of lush meadows and lake shore. Great birding. Best fishing around right off point. Swim raft. Exceptional water quality. 25 minutes north of Burlington; 90 minutes south of Montreal. Each cottage fully equipped-sleeps two. Adjacent decks, lakeside decks, private water access for each cottage. Heated & insulated for 3 season rental. Pets considered for extra fee.
