Description
This is a cute Cape cottage with a sun room and patio. The house has a huge yard with an ocean view of Town Beach. The living room has a fireplace for a chilly evening. Little Compton is very quiet and peaceful. The house is on a dead end road with light traffic for more quiet. The yard is very private behind the house and has a fenced in outside shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen size on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are 2 bathrooms one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. The floors are hardwood and have been newly refinished except the kitchen which has ceramic tile. You can see the town beach from the house and there is also a town 'dog beach' on Sakonnet point.
