This luxurious 4,000 square foot home was built in 2002, and sits in the Cape's historic district at the water's end of a quiet, dead-end street. The house enjoys amazing sunsets, sunrises, and water views from Every Single Room in the House! Barnstable Harbor is a short walk down the road and our very quiet beach is your front yard! The house features lots of Open Space, a raised Gourmet Kitchen with panoramic views, beautiful granite counter tops and a large island, all brand new appliances including a stainless steel fridge & range, dishwasher, microwave, and lots of gadgets! The Great Room has Comfy furniture facing a cozy gas fireplace and numerous sliding doors to a large waterfront deck with BBQ, table and chairs. The 'open-air' Dining Room has sliding doors down to the beach, and a gas fireplace as well. Outdoor Cape Cod shower, cozy library, Jacuzzi, large red room with ping pong,5 TVs,3 DVD,3 VCR,3 very large bedrooms-all private baths!
