This beautiful Beachfront 1st floor duplex has it all, especially a breath-taking full view of the ocean from inside the house. The photos speak for themselves. The house sits up over the dunes. Two sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the ocean view deck and you can hear the ocean waves constantly hitting the beach! Private parking is available for 4 cars under car port. The home is nicely furnished with 3 TVs, VCR, DVD and all the comforts of home including Internet access. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a deck on Central Ave. The home sleeps 8 plus 2 on the queen sofa bed. You can also surf, fish and ocean kayak right in front of the house any time of the day! The home lies just 5 blocks away from a playground that offers everything. swings, merry-go-round, basketball court and even an enclosed hockey rink.

The house sits up over the dunes. Beware...many first floor beachfronts in Ocean City sit at ground level so the dunes block the ocean view but not this one! Granite kitchen countertops. 2 Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean view deck and you can hear the ocean waves constantly hitting the beach even from inside the house! Private pkg for 4-5 cars under car port. Furnished with 4 TVs, DVD, VCR and all the comforts of home including WIFI through Comcast. Two of the bedrooms have access to a deck on Central Ave. Sleeps 8 plus 2 on queen sofa bed. You can also surf fish and ocean kayak in front of the house! Just 5 blocks away from a playground that offers everything...swings, merry-go-round, basketball court & hockey rink. Must be over 25 to rent. Only dogs under 15lbs allowed with extra $150/Wk or $25 per night for partial weeks. Other Ocean City Features: Ocean City NJ has one of the best boardwalks on the East Coast. My home is located at the Southend of Ocean City and the boardwalk is at the the Northend....10 minute drive away. The Southend of Ocean City is considered the quiet end because it's a short drive away from the boardwalk. Ocean City is a 'dry' town...no bars...which keeps Ocean City a great family resort. Only drive 15 minutes either direction to another town for nightclubs and bars. 25 Minute drive to Atlantic City. Must be over 25 to rent. Non-smoking unit. Winter rental available from Nov 3rd 2024 to March 28 2025 Consecutive months. $2,450/Mo. plus utilities.
