    This dog-friendly vacation rental in Tybee Island can comfortably sleep 10 people in 3 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The cottage has a full kitchen, television, internet, laundry, and a fenced yard with a bbq grill. Linens are provided. Beach towels and chairs are also available for guest use. There is no minimum stay at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, or a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 10 am. Sound good?

      Dreamsicle Cottage is one of the best STR on Tybee.

      I've stayed three times and the property is always spectacular and always well kept. The hosts go above and beyond and always provide a wonderful experience. I'm not sure what this other reviewer was mentioning, but there is nothing dated about the property. Cleanliness is always excellent. I assure you that you cannot go wrong renting this property. I certainly will.

      Would not stay here

      From the photos, the place looks cute and cozy but when my family and I arrived there, the entire place looked like it needed a major upgrade. Cigarettes were left out in the ashtray by previous guests, hair of other guests were found in the shower. The entire neighborhood just looked like it needed an upgrade. When we arrived, we immediately decided not to stay here. It may be ok for others, but I did not find this place. Do not recommend!!
