The house is located on Sebascodegan Island in Casco Bay on the coast of Maine. The property is situated on a totally private, secluded peninsula within the Cundys Point Association on 5+ acres, with 2000 feet of shoreline. The house is within 50 feet of the water on all three sides. To the west are open views of Quahog and Casco bays, Big Hen, Birch Island, and Yarmouth Island. To the east is Ridley Cove and the picturesque fishing village of Cundys Harbor. The sunrises and sunsets from this location are magnificent.
