This sun-drenched A-frame house is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the ocean beach. The front deck features a retractable awning which extends over the patio set, providing shelter from the sun for comfortable outdoor relaxation. The living area consists of a large open space with vaulted cathedral ceilings where the dining area and living room are combined into one big room. The kitchen opens up to the living area divided by a counter top accompanied by stools where family members can sit and eat or chat with people in the kitchen.
