Description
We take great pride in our home in Montauk. The classic style shingle house was built six years ago with love and attention to detail. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a den on the first level. The living room, kitchen, dining-room, half bath and decks are upstairs, overlooking the treetop canopy and the ocean. The house is set on a charming and quiet street called Fisher Place south of Montauk highway, west of Shadmoore State Park, between the village and Ditch Plains. The beauty and privacy of the setting combine with an excellent location in easy walking distance to the beach and town. Other features include pretty landscaping, a unique tendency of capturing cool ocean breezes (eliminating a reason for air conditioning although we have it), and shutters befitting a family beach cottage.
