Description
Old Town Campground N' Retreat is on 9 acres nestled between the scenic Suwannee River and the Gulf of Mexico. While there, visit local vineyards, the Dakotah Winery (free wine tasting) or swim or snorkel with the manatees in crystal clear Fanning or Manatee Springs. For hikers or bikers, there is the Nature Coast Greenway trail (40 miles of backwood trails). Tjeu also have canoe & kayak trails at the mouth of the Suwannee River. Local canoe, kayak and pontoon boat rentals available as well as fishing charters to the deeper waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Old Town Campground 'N' Retreat offers guests great facilities including: laundry, cable TV, public phone, mail service, ice, 30/50 amp service, clean showers/toilets, picnic tables, campfires, and a pavilion with large BBQ grill/smoker.
