We had a very short overnight stay here, but we were taken care of. There was an issue with our after-hours check in (that we called ahead about), but the night manager (I believe his name was Mark) quickly responded and assisted us. It can be a little bit tricky to find your way to your room with several ramps and sections to the historic building, but there is a nice green courtyard for the dogs. We wished we were staying long to enjoy use of the pools and to walk along the sound. A nice peaceful stay in Corolla.

Very dog friendly. The inn is older but is in a great location, and has the best sunset views over the sound.

This hotel is perfect. We stayed in a large suite that is clean and updated. The owners are at the hotel and easy to find. They are so nice and love dogs! We brought our lab and he enjoyed every minute. The hotel is in a great location near the shopping and restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view of the sound. There are walking trails to exercise and the beach is perfect for dogs to play.

Bugs in room, poor housekeeping ( left bag of trash in room, didn't make up beds or replenish coffee), cable/wifi didn't work, flooded parking lot, etc, etc. Hotel is old & outdated, needs full remodel. Very disappointing stay.
- ZachMore than a year agoBeautiful Location, Great Stay, Very pet friendly.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights with our 70 lb. pitbull. After staying here for a family trip two weeks before and learning they were super pet-friendly, I booked another stay for my girlfriend, dog, and I two weeks later. There were no pet-friendly rooms available when I inquired, but they were kind enough to change a room around to accommodate a pet for our stay. Our dog Loki joined us on the patio for breakfast each day, enjoyed long walks on the nature trail that lines The Sound behind the property, and was even allowed on a fishing charter from the Bait and Tackle store that shares the Inn's parking lot (we had to charter it for only the three of us, but still I was impressed with the accommodating attitude people had). Without launching into a pitbull rant, but some people are quick to judge our oversized puppy. The people who run this place love dogs and understand why you have them and want your dog to be a part of your vacation, not something you have to hide from all the fun.
