Brannholm is a 1973 Scandinavian modern glass and timber home on Devils Lake in Lincoln City, OR. At 3200 square feet on .6 acre, the home is double the size of many 3 bedroom homes on Devils Lake. Dock, lakefront patio, decks, dog run, and parking for 4-6 cars. Bedroom 1: King Bed, crib available. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, lake view. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, bunk bed. Great room: full futon and twin daybed. 2.5 miles to beach access, 1.75 miles to the outlet mall, you will feel secluded but still be close to everything. Walk on the beach, then play in the warm waters of Devils lake known for paddling, water skiing, fishing, and birding. Sun room, large kitchen, great room with comfortable seating, dining for 12 and gas fireplace in the great room.
