This riverfront mountain home is located in East Asheville with easy access to everything you'll want to explore on your trip. It is 10 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 15 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. The home is located right on the Swannanoa River with kayaks, float boats, an outdoor shower, covered spacious deck, and a fire-pit right by the river. Can accommodate four people in two queen beds.
