A very nice property! The owner lives onsite, the property is on beautiful Grassy Lake with a lovely sunrise view. Very well appointed room (#7) with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes and utensils. Tile floors, great shower and a nice deep tub. Each room has an inset patio with a lake view and picnic table. Great lawn and landscape and a small dock.
Right along US 27, so there is a bit of traffic noise, but with the A/C on it is negligible. King size bed was super comfortable and the WiFi was strong.
Just a couple of miles north and you’re in the Lake Placid commercial area, so it’s super convenient without being right in the midst of it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
