Could not turn off fan in the room. Spackling not cleaned up in bathroom and tile finish incomplete. No hair dryer. No Netflix connection on TV. Lots of hotels at this location but no restaurants.

Facility was in the process of changing from Travel Lodge to Wingate, was still undergoing major renovations and not ready to accommodate guests. Floor in the room was filthy, the refrigerator was broken and required a number of calls to replace and fixtures in the bathroom were poorly installed. The staff was friendly.

We were placed in the fourth floor because of the renovations. Boxes, debris, nails, paint cloths, all over the place. Since we had already paid for it, we stayed but it wasn’t very clean and shady people hanging out in the hallways. I wouldn’t stay again. At least the bed was pretty comfortable. The dogs were ignored which is totally fine but if you are one who expects more then you might be disappointed.

Accommodations were OK. I prefer a cleaner hotel than this one. There’s places to walk your dog but no specific designated area. No poop bags or places to dispose of dog waste. The grounds had places where people had not cleaned up after their pet. It was convenient to Cracker Barrel to walk from the hotel. Not sure I would go back again.

The room was very dirty. It needs a deep clean. Air vents in room were very dirty. Breakfast did not have decaf coffee. The staff was nice and there was grass outside for the dogs to use.

The first assigned room to us was on the third floor not on the first or second floor as stated floors for customers with their pets. The bed had stained blanket and gross and the lounge bench in the room was absolutely gross stained dirty. 2nd rm was much better better then the first ,but did not smell clean. Floor was dirty as well as the base board, furniture had scratches and curtain was ripped and cracked window with clear tape tape on the crack. The continental breakfast was cold cereal, juice and coffee, you have to make your own waffles. On the 3rd day our room was never serviced. They don't provide dog sitting as stated on the confirmation documents; you had to travel 10 mile from the hotel and leave your at PetSmart for a fee. The front desk was pleasant to work with very friendly. I don't recommend Travelodge Savannah. We were very disappointed with our stay their.

Rooms needed a little update but overall a great experience!! We were welcomed by great front office staff, the rooms were light and well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and my pups stayed pretty happy!!

We have stayed here twice. Front desk personnel are all professional and courteous. The rooms are fairly nice. On our recent stay we had a first floor/accessible room. Frankly, it was a bit beat up. The previous stay we had a second floor room and it was in better shape. Good walking areas around the property and a Houlihan's with a dog friendly patio close by.
