Originally built in 1430, Spread Eagle Hotel and Spa has been welcoming guests ever since. Sympathetically renovated and extended, the hotel retains a wealth of period features, including ash-beamed lounge with open log fires. All 39 bedrooms are individually furnished with fine antiques. Set back in the older part of Midhurst, originally a bustling market town set 3 miles from South Downs, and overlooking South Pond.
