Located in Happy Camp, this motel is 5 minutes' from Klamath River and offers rooms with free WiFi. Klamath National Park is less than 1 hours' drive away. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. The payment confirmation e-mail will provide contact information for the professional property manager. The property manager will also send a welcome e-mail that contains terms and conditions related to your rental. The property manager will send an e-mail directly with a lease agreement which should be reviewed carefully, signed, and returned to the property manager. They will also provide arrival instructions and optional services that may be available for purchase. Taxes and fees and service charges include County and lodging taxes, a cleaning fee, a reservation fee assessed by the local property manager and a damage waiver that covers in the event of accidental damage to the property. Homes with pools have a pool maintenance fee and homes with hot tubs have a one-time hot tub cleaning fee assessed by the local property manager. A per person fee may be charged at certain condo associations. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. ID may be requested at check-in.
