The Best Little Beach House on the Oregon Coast! is situated in Lincoln Beach, 8 km from Lincoln City and 28 km from Newport. Every room comes with a TV. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Pets are also welcome. Please inform The Soaring Seabird Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable.
