Beaches Inn Townhomes is located in the Downtown Cannon Beach district in Cannon Beach, 400 metres from Haystack Gallery. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Haystack Hill State Park is 1. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Dogs are also welcome. Please inform Luxury Estate Near Ritz Carlton and Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of $250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Please note that guests must be 25 years of age or older in order to book the accommodation. Parties and events are not permitted. Please note the accommodation has a non-smoking policy. Loud music is not permitted. Shoes may not be worn inside of the house.
