This was my first time staying here. Me and my family loved it and our dogs did two. it’s close to everything you need. it does get hot here for the dogs in the middle of the day. We came at the end of March 2021 for two days in the middle of the week. Not so busy like the weekends. the dog beach is very small. But a lot of places do allow dogs in there restaurant and Business just need to check. overall it is a great place to stay the Continental breakfasts they had was good. We will be back again.

Great location. room was nice and airy and clean, common spaces felt safe (CoVid wise), Doggie loved it. Parking was a little inconvenient, given the location of the guesthouse well worth the short walk... Will definitely stay again.

I stayed here June 15 and 16, 2020 in a kIng room. A friend stayed in a queen room as well. The place is centrally located and a wonderful value. I did not bring my dog this time, but will be back with my dog the next time. This is an exceptional value considering you are on Duval Street, breakfast is included, and they have free parking. The room was clean and pretty accurately pictured. It is nice that the room has a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast poolside is a great perk... bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee; and they provided gloves and alcohol wipes to keep sanitized. There is a lot of noise from the restaurant next store (especially the glass breaking when it gets dumped) ; so if you may want to call the staff to find out which rooms are not as noisy before booking. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It is an 8-10 minute walk to the Butterfly Conservatory and Southern Most Point. It is about at 15-20 minute walk (we had kids with us) to Mallory Square, the Aquarium, and other other attractions at the busy end. The parking is on the street behind in a small lot or directly on the street (super great considering how hard it is to find any parking in Key West in this area); but you can unload or pack back up right in front as there is 1 -2 places to pull directly up to the front at check-in. There were two others staying with dogs while we were there and everyone was friendly. Wonderful place to stay.
