Staff was OK, not overly friendly. Wasn't really dirty but worn and not cared for. We were on second floor and noise from the pool was very noticeable. There was grassy area to walk the dogs but a lot of trash and some shady characters hanging around. The hotel did not update any info on internet or inside the hotel as "no continental breakfast or guest laundry was not available." Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Over all it wasn't the best but not the worst.

We stayed for two nights. We had a dog and there was no pet area to speak of. You had to walk your dog to the grass behind the emergency clinic next door. Then you had to find a place to put your poop bag. We were also on the second floor, which is not good if you have an older dog. The side entrance door did not secure itself unless you totally pulled it shut, anyone could just walk into the hotel this way. The mirrors in the room were all smeared as if they hadn't been cleaned for a while. Otherwise the room was OK. It was quite so that was one good thing. The staff was polite and nice as well.
