Fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare meals at home although there is an abundance of local eateries and watering holes within walking distance - it'd be hard to find a better location in Colorado Springs.
The Space:

Enter through the front using the code provided. After parking out front on the street or in the private little driveway you'll open the front door and step into a warm, bright, welcoming space.
There's a large sofa in the living room, comfortable seating and a décor and color scheme that's both inviting and modern.
Access to the kitchen is off to one side and includes a dining space for four. The kitchen itself is handsome and fully functional—ready for your culinary creations. All throughout this home the surfaces are of quality—wood and tile, granite and stainless steel.
The home's two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the main level—one featuring queen comfort, and the other a queen.
A window A/C unit to keep you cool during summer months.
Enjoy the COLOR in this home too … most notably the original mountain and forest murals in the bedrooms! The beds are great, and all of the linens are quality—professionally cleaned and laundered. The home's single bath is definitely a treasure … with travertine tile and an inviting shower head.
This home is dog-friendly and with a private backyard, perfect for your friends—furry or otherwise. There's a gas grill and plenty of inviting space and room to breathe under the Colorado sky.

Guest will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located just north of Downtown Colorado Springs, the Patty Jewett neighborhood is one of the most desirable right now—combing exceptional urban access with the classic charm of an area first built and settled around the turn of the 20th century. Downtown is roughly 5 minutes away by car and there are parks, trails, neighborhood cafés, breweries, a municipal golf course—in short, a whole lot of goodness. And being so central has its advantages … Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods are about 15 minutes away; the Broadmoor about 15 minutes, the Airport and the Air Force Academy just 20. There's a whole lot to do here, a whole lot to WALK to, and a whole lot to love! Our favorites in this neighborhood (just a few blocks away) are Stir (coffee, cocktails and apps) and Goatpatch Brewing in the Lincoln School!
Getting Around:
Although there are many, many restaurants, bars, cafes and parks accessible by foot from this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

ATTENTION:
We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
Starting 3/10: Construction to bring the driveway/curbs/sidewalks up to ADA requirements will impact this property. Please be aware parking may be affected but there will be signs indicating where parking is available.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75/dog/week). No pets other than dogs allowed - we are sorry!
* No parties or events
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Garbage Bins are just outside the kitchen door on the right. Blue = recycle, Black = Trash Pick up every Friday. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* If you are staying with us on a Thursday night, we would be extremely grateful if you could roll the bins down to the street before 7am on Friday morning.*

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Thank you for your understanding.
- Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm)

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity.
