Coralcopia
Coralcopia is at the foot of the Blue Heron bridge to Singer Island and the Atlantic Ocean. We are a 1960's residence with many upgrades along the way. The Blue Heron Bridge is a top rated dive and snorkel site that is home to some of the world's rarest sea creatures.
Our neighborhood consists of only three and a half streets. It's older and the last known patch of underdeveloped south Florida property this close to the water. A few blocks behind us are working marinas servicing large sailing and motor yachts and offering harbor for smaller craft. More recently Wayne Huizenga's family has invested in our micro neighborhood and has brought in several stunning super yachts at their Rybovich north yard. Our neighborhood is mixed in income. Many residents have been here for decades, many are seniors, and most of us know each other. There are a few properties that are not properly maintained. However, the emphasis is on "luxury" with the Huizenga's so this small area will surely be transformed and so will the prices! If you like value for your money, join us soon!
Each year from March to October thousands of Green, Loggerhead, & Leatherback sea turtles come to our shore to deliver approximately two million eggs. The highest density of nesting in the country happens right near our property.
After exploring the marine life, come home to enjoy Coralcopia's luxury pool in a private oasis. Our property is completely fenced.
Our combined living and dining area offers a larger space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a gas range, and has an open pass through to the TV room.
A split bedroom floor plan makes our space ideal for privacy. The front section of the home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers two twin beds and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. There is a 1960's bathroom with original tile serving both of these bedrooms.
The back section of the home has one bedroom with a California King bed, TV, a full bathroom and a private door leading outside to the pool and garden. This section of the house also offers a TV room with a leather wrap around sectional and a round table so everyone can gather together informally. Across from the TV room is a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Coralcopia is on approximately a quarter of an acre with an oversized Sapodilla tree, Mango tree, Hibiscus, Banana and other tropical delights. Enjoy the ocean breezes poolside while barbecuing on the deluxe gas grill.
Our salt system pool is large (15 x 30) and sunny. The shallow end has a sun bench with its own umbrella and the deep end has two side benches for maximum fun. There is a gas heater for your comfort on colder winter days. For parents with small children, we have a safety fence.
Only one block away is Publix, a full service grocery store and it's a quick trip over the bridge to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic ocean. We are one block west of the Intracoastal Waterway and just five miles north of downtown West Palm Beach and the island of Palm Beach. The Gardens Mall, ten minutes north, offers upscale shopping and entertainment. Coralcopia awaits you!

The Blue Heron Bridge, just steps from Coralcopia's front door, is called “Florida’s exotic critter capital."
Scuba diving at the world renowned Blue Heron Bridge, also known as Phil Foster Park, is something every diver who visits West Palm Beach, Florida should experience. The Blue Heron Bridge is known as one of the best dive sites in the world for good reasons… Its diversity of marine life and its easy accessibility are just two of the many important traits of this terrific dive site.
When you dive the bridge, you encounter numerous sea creatures that are a rarity to find throughout the world. Seahorses and pipefish in all sizes and colors make the top of the list at this amazing dive site. Octopus, including the Atlantic long arm (aka. mimic octopus), can be found here. Add to the list the odd marine life such as sea robins, flying gurnards, batfish, frogfish, stargazers, and over 100 different species of nudibranchs.
It's a simple and free beach shore dive. The deepest depth you’ll find at the bridge is just over 20 feet. A 45 minute to two hour dive is the norm here. Best of all, no matter what the weather is like out on the open ocean, the Blue Heron Bridge is still accessible for diving thanks to its location in the protected Lake Worth Lagoon. Few dive sites in the world give you the option to dive when the weather turns for the worst.
SNORKELING
There is snorkeling at Phil Foster Park (at the bridge), too! Even those who are not scuba certified can enjoy this amazing marine park. The Phil Foster Park Artificial Reef and Snorkel Trail is an 800-foot-long tract of artificial reef incorporating more than 600 tons of Anastasia rock boulders in a depth ranging from six to ten feet. In the short span of time since it was created, the Reef and Snorkel Trail has attracted countless marine life. All kinds of juvenile tropical fish can be seen flirting in and out of this artificial reef.
FORCE-E SCUBA DIVING
Scuba Diving in the Riviera Beach area is world famous. Force-E Dive Center can have you diving on a different reef and wreck site every day for over a month. The fish life and the underwater topographies are majestic. Scuba Diving Magazine ranks the diving in this area as better than the Florida Keys in eight out of nine categories. The Riviera area has more fish, more wrecks, better reefs and better boats than anywhere in the U.S. The water is warm and clear. Most of the dive sites are within 15 minutes of the inlet.
