The waterfront townhouse has a full kitchen, laundry, television, internet, and a bbq grill on the patio. Linens and towels are provided. This 4-Bedroom Gulf Front Unit can accommodate ten guests in four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Guests have access to the entire 1,670 sq. ft. tri-level unit during their stay. Amenities include a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Italian tiled floors, four LCD TVs, beach access, two private balconies, WiFi, a private deck and two parking spots in front of the unit. There is a king bed in the master bedroom facing the gulf. There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom facing the road. There is a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom facing the road. There is a queen bed in the 4th bedroom facing the gulf. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 7 nights at this property, and bookings are non-refundable. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 9:30 am.
