A guest may never find it necessary to leave the premises. The hotel is a hotspot in Vancouver with a European-style spa that is famous with locals and visiting celebrities with its chemical-free indoor pool and eucalyptus steam rooms.Beyond Restaurant & Lounge is a 300-seat restaurant that mixes the elegance of Las Vegas with the sleek urban panache of LA or New York. The open-viewing concept allows diners to follow the drama of a busy kitchen. The restaurant flirts with the edges of the Pacific Rim taking as its heart the local flavors of British Columbia. The menu circumnavigates the Pacific pulling in the simple food trends of Australia with a strong nod to the inventive healthy spa-style of eating for which BC has become famous.
