Overlooking Watts Bar Lake, On the Rocks WBL can accommodate fourteen guests in four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Guests have access to the entire 3,000 sq ft property during their stay. There is a large screened-in porch and great room with a large stone fireplace, smart TV, and a video library. Wi-Fi is available on all floors. Outside amenities include over 300 ft. Of waterfront on three wooded acres, a two-level boat dock, and an in-ground seasonal pool. There is a boat ramp nearby. Canoes/kayaks are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 10 am. Renters must be at least 26 years old.
