Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 11 am.

- When you say the dog has to be crated in the home, do you mean if I leave him there by himself? Or at all times? He's little and not used to a crate and will probably go with me wherever I end up at and not be left alone in the home. Thanks!Asked by
