Newly renovated 1908 building in the heart of Cookeville's West Side! Within walking distance to Tennessee Technological University and numerous local shops and restaurants. Also located beside the Cookeville-Algood bike trail. Cookeville is situated around many natural features as well, such as hiking trails and waterfall features. This property is also within walking distance to Dog Wood Park, a city park that includes a walk-in water fountain, a walking trail, and green space.
