If only I read these reveiws!

Even though our stay this week at La Quinta in Flagstaff and in Oklahoma City went well, this location in Little Rock is completely unsatisfactory. From the moment I stepped off the elevator and smelled the odor in the hall, to the dresser falling apart in the guest room, I am disgusted. The toilet seat is loose, the bathroom floor has dirt, the bathroom mirror has what appears to be toothpaste on it, the kleenex box is dirty as is the tissue inside of it. I haven't turned down the bed yet but I'm concerned. Normally I would have called the front desk and complained but I am afraid of upsetting anyone. I have 2 dogs with me and I am exhausted from being on the road for 4 days. I just want to sleep and get out of here. I will never recommend this place.

    Couldn't stay

Beautiful place but couldn't get into back entrance with the dog. Homeless man advanced quickly, only backed off when dog snarled. I didn't feel safe in neighborhood, went elsewhere.

    Don’t stay here

This hotel is awful. There is no security whatsoever. Also no place safely to walk the dog. I was frightened the whole time we were there. Also, breakfast was a joke. The tv didn’t work, and the wifi was hopelessly slow. A bad place.

    La Quinta downtown

The location is good if you want to be downtown. Otherwise, all the previous negative review comments are spot on.

    Not our favorite La Quinta

This location is only a few blocks away from the River Market, but in an area I wouldn’t feel safe walking from. There was no patch of grass for our dog to go to the bathroom and the walls were paper thin. We hear doors slamming in the hall all night. The breakfast was some nutria grain bars and muffins, not as many options as other La Quintas but at least the price wasn’t bad.

Very run down. Parking garage disgusting. Not safe no lights and elevator did not work. No place for dogs to go potty. Really not a good place to stay.

    Seen better days

Arriving in the room, we found nicely made beds in fresh sheets, but there was no toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom. In addition, the paint was peeling from the floor boards, the floors had not been thoroughly cleaned, and even worse the trash had not been emptied!
After walking the dogs, I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, tissues and a new liner for the trash can. After waiting 10 minutes for the front desk agent to return I was handed the toilet paper and a few liners for an ice bucket with a half-hearted apology that tissues wouldn’t be delivered until the following Monday.
We were unimpressed so far, but the worst was yet to come. The walls between rooms were thin, and the dogs could hear people moving and talking all night long. This kept them restless, and their people were kept up as well. When we left for our walk the next morning, the dogs refused to go back into the room. Thankfully we had already packed and just bolted for the elevator as quickly as we could. Not sure we will ever stay at another La Quinta again even if promised a free night’s stay for the doggos.

    Low Price And Decent Room!

Just passing through, overnight stay with 2 guests and 2 pets in a king sized bed room. Love the free breakfast and beautiful lobby, so I don’t have to stray too far from my boys. Clean and spacious, although have small pets, not sure for large dogs. Only the first floor of the garage has the access to the way of the lobby of the main hotel, but not a problem if you have limited luggage. Great for those have cats too! FIY if certain someone made a pee mess on the bedding in the carrier, they do have a laundry room but you have to provide your own laundry detergent and it only takes quarters. Luckily I had both

    DO NOT STAY HERE

I am writing this review from our car at 3:24AM as we drive away from the La Quinta after no sleep. The first room we were given keys to was not clean and the bed was not made. Mistakes happen, so we ventured back to the desk for another try. All seemed fine in Room #2 until at 3AM a complete stranger opened our door with a key and tried to walk in. Thank goodness for dead bolts and our sweet dog with a scary bark. Our dog was so anxious because of the experience, he hid until we made the choice to leave. The front desk was not at all accommodating or apologetic about the terrifying situation. We were told we would have to request our refund through Bring Fido who is not currently open.

UPDATE: Thank you to the customer service team at Bring Fido. They returned our call as soon as they were open and were incredibly understanding. They were also able to issue us a refund. We will definitely book through the site again.

Free Parking and No pet fee!

There was a very small outdoor area for the dogs so our nervous dog had trouble there. Overall, the hotel was very nice with friendly service and the usual amenities.
