We found the staff to be friendly, kind, accommodating, and helpful. First room smelled like smoke and they moved us immediately. There’s a little garden/mulched area around the corner for relieving dogs. Next to two busy roads so just be aware of that with regard to fearful dogs. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and regularly attended. Will stay again.

Hotel was nice but did not have a designated area for dogs to relieve themselves. I asked if the room was close to the exit so that we don't disrupt other guest and I was told it was the first floor. If you're in the Flagstaff area, I would choose another hotel that is convenient for the pups.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and only a short distance from downtown Flagstaff.

Comfortable clean room and quiet. However they charge for every little thing and breakfast was way more expensive than any restaurant. Also why $60 more for a Friday night than Thursday? Supply and demand I guess.

Staying here tonight. When I checked in there wasn’t a room near the elevator so they gave me one next to the stairs so we could scramble outside if needed. The room has all the basics (microwave, coffee, mini-fridge), a comfy bed, and they were nice to my doggo.
