Above adequate. Parking good. Needs some cosmetic upgrading.

Employees were great. Room was small but comfortable. Grassy areas outside to potty your pooch.
The downside was that it was in a not great area. Lots of homeless hanging around the property so if you need to take your dog out after dark be aware. Needles, feces, sleeping folk. The building wasn’t very sound proof so if you or your pup are bothered by things that go bump in the night you might reconsider.
