- AprilAug 30, 2021Not a pleasant surprise
Upon checking in, there was a literal poop smear on our toilet seat. The hotel was notified and sent someone to clean it and provided free breakfast coupons. We also found hair and dirt in the shower, a nut shell on the floor and toenail clippings on our floor. The pool was overcrowded especially with the concerns about the pandemic. Overall, very disappointing because we stayed here 10 years ago and enjoyed our stay.
