One of the worst experiences at any place I’ve found on Fido.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and fairly quiet. The breakfast was okay. My only complaint is that they charge $25 per pet (we had two). There was nowhere to take them potty (except for 2 patches of grass near the front). It would be nice to have an extra area. Because of that I gave them 4 bones (I would have given them 5).

Very quiet, clean, and roomy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice space for the dog to do business. However, there were 2 homeless women camped outside our bathroom window so we didn't feel comfortable opening it. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again for sure.

The Quality Inn of itself was marginal- really grossly dirty carpets. But the location of this lodging was downright scary. I guess mental asylum is just down State Street from this hotel and the locals look like they’ve recently been released from the institution. Lots of homeless, lots of derelicts, lots of people who looked like drug addicts. I couldn’t be more serious. I was just glad my car didn’t get broken into overnight. We left at first light. Stay in Willits. Ukiah no bueno!!

So many meth-heads in this area. Not the fault of the hotel operators of course. But still. Even my big dog was reluctant to go outside and pee in the neighborhood. Staff were friendly but I don't think I'll stay here again.

I have stayed at this motel several times and never been disappointed. It's a very well managed older property, clean, obviously well maintained. The polite, professional staff are quick to resolve problems, and more important, there aren't many problems. The parking spaces in the lot are way too small for the SUVs and trucks parked there, but the guests all seem to cooperate and I haven't had a car dented yet. There have been some complaints about the $25 pet fee, but even with that included, I think the place is a good value. I would recommend this motel to family and friends and I plan on staying there again myself.

Never staying here again. They have 1 grassy area but it says no dogs. You have to take the dog around the building to a sketchy rundown parking lot that was full of homeless people sleeping on the ground. It was really a scary place. We had to get in the car and drive always to a park every time he had to use the bathroom. If they advertise as pet friendly you would think they would provide a small safe area to take your dog. Go somewhere else!!
