I’m reviewing again as our experience this time was not as great. As my husband travels to the Hartford area frequently for work and since our experience last time was so great, booking here again was a no brainer!! Booked online at the hotel site, used a debit card. Called the front desk Thursday morning to find out if my husband needed the physical debit card to check in or could we keep the payment on the card I booked it on? The clerk specifically said the card was not needed and that we were “all set”! Needless to say, check in did not go well, front desk got a little ugly with my husband. They finally agreed to check him in with the number I provided over the phone.(don’t know why they didn’t have that number from booking??) I believe the room is good and hope that the rest of my husband’s week is pleasant. Front desk people need to be trained properly to provide the correct information!

This is a nice, clean, well appointed extended stay hotel. We were traveling with a puppy and were very pleased with the clean, well groomed lawns of this hotel. The area around the hotel is a little run down but the hotel itself is very well cared for! The pet fee is high if you’re only there a few nights and I wish we had asked where the room was in relation to the outside doors.(lots of carrying the puppy to get through the hall and out!) But, overall this is a really nice hotel and we would definitely stay here again!!
