My three week old car was vandalized, along with four or five other cars, in the parking lot. Smashed my back window. While I supposed it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, they were not particularly helpful. I’d stay elsewhere.

My dog and I had a great stay here. The room was standard but lovely and very comfortable, the staff and breakfast were great, and overall the location made it very easy to get around the Hartford area during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here 4 days while helping our daughter move to the Hartford area from out of state. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent. Great diner next door within walking distance if you want a better breakfast, very convenient.

Convenient to our destination and dog friendly - perfect combination. Good-sized room, plenty of room to set up our travel crate and still have floor space to move around. Non-carpeted floor in the room. Ground floor room for easy exit. Dedicated, clean pet relief area (always a big plus). Free hot breakfast (for us, that is!) with a number of options to pick from. We’d stay here again when traveling with our pup.

Newer rooms, very clean, tiled floors for easy clean up. We we had a room on the 3rd floor but once the front desk found out we had a pup he moved us to the first floor. Also there is a designated spot for dogs outside and grass around the whole building. We would definitely come again if in the area or going through.

This hotel is beautiful, well kept and clean! The staff is very accommodating, gave us a great room and helped us manage the climate control. They also were very kind to our dogs and made us all feel "at home." We recommend LA Quinta Inn Hartford/Bradford and will definitely stay there again.

This place deserves more than a 5 bone rating. We had to bring our dog on this road trip and found this location and booked based on high reviews. It is truly a pet friendly hotel but it is a friendly and welcoming hotel, too. I have rarely been in a hotel where staff and patrons were so friendly and nice, even when I did not have my dog with me. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast is a plus. Stay, you don't be disappointed.

There is a park a mile away called Spring Park where he got his sniffing and walking in. The room was clean and in good condition. The king bed mattress needed replacement it sagged horribly. The continental breakfast consisted of a small bottle of water and a small muffin lol! Basically bread and water for the peasants. They get to advertise free breakfast though!

check in staff very friendly and knew we had our pup with us thanks to booking through BringFido! We booked the deluxe king suite for $10 more then a standard king. Plenty of room, spacious and comfortable. Have never been let down yet with La Quinta’s! And the Popeyes fried chicken next door is open late!

La Quinta hotels vary quite a bit. This one is OK, if you really need to be in the area, but it's certainly not as well maintained or updated as others. Room was cramped and drafty, pillows were hard, shower minimalist. The staff, however, were very nice and my dog got lots of pats.

5 bones, not bc it’s the Ritz, but it’s amazing for dog owners traveling with loved ones. Basic, clean rooms were satisfactory with plush soft bath towels, good shower, basic amenities. Bonus microwave and fridge, and lobby shop sells frozen microwaveable food. Staff was okay, and I had zero problems bringing the dog in and out, other guests, or problems with equipment. I liked beds lower to ground to keep my dog from being too high, and loved having a safe and comfortable place to leave her a few hours for a family event. She was very happy on the grounds and we were on 1st floor - very convenient. Could hear other dogs whine now and then but absolutely minimal and only passing by. The problems were thin floors and doors with apparently a child running around above us and the sound of slamming doors or the cleaning cart nearby was easily heard. It’s true there is a tiny space with wood chips allocated for dog use, but she did fine, and there are other strips of grass and sidewalks along main road. Shops in walking distance. Recommend nearby Bear’s BBQ for yummy eats. As most dog owners know, the hotel had the creepy late night walking situation when the dog’s gotta go out late, not feeling super safe in the back, where trailers were parked, but we are used to this, and you can stick to the front. This is definitely an airport hotel most used for short basic stays. No pool but does have fitness center. Beyond pleased and surprised at quality of stay and cleanliness. Passed initial bedbug inspection and no reports popped when researching... major criteria for anywhere I stay. No pet fee. Very pleased and will be beyond happy to stay again and trust my baby girl if I need to step out, will be cared for in a safe, clean environment. And ultimately, my cautious pup was happy and relaxed here - which means a lot!

Clean hotel, friendly staff.vvrooms are basic and small, but that is expected at this price point. Agree with other reviewers that there is a lack of green space for dogs, but I would definitely stay again with my 70lb rescue dog. Love that you don't get charged extra and big dogs allowed.

We brought our two chocolate Labs, Wilma and Betty, on Betty’s first “test vacation” to see how she would do, and spent two nights. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite nice. The only negative thing is a lack of space for walking outside the motel but we would definitely stay here again.
