GENERAL - 15 minute drive of Falmouth and Truro... - Attractively renovated traditional terraced cottage - Set in a quiet village lane in the heart of Mylor Bridge - Parking available for 1 car
GROUND FLOOR - Couple of granite steps up to entrance lobby - One step up to bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath - L shaped kitchen/dining room with dining suite and fitted maple units - One step down to sitting room with cottage style lounge seating
UPSTAIRS - Rather steep and narrow carpeted staircase - Two bedrooms with a double and twin beds, both with corner vanity basins
GARDEN - Across the lane is a parking area with space for one car - Half a dozen gated steps lead up to a long lawned garden - Pets and young children will require supervision outside
LOCAL AREA - Pub, local shops and tidal creek are only a couple of minutes walk - Mylor Harbour home to the Pandora Inn is 2 miles - Falmouth with a variety of beaches is less than 5 miles - Public and National Trust gardens to visit in the area - Cathedral city of Truro is 8 miles
PLEASE NOTE - Towels not available - This property welcomes one small dog only - No under 5's
