We evacuated our home on the west coast of Florida as Ian was moving closer. With two large dogs I was lost trying to find a hotel that had rooms and would take our pets. We found Floridays through BringFido and I’m so glad we did. There were many people in the same position as us, trying to avoid the storm. When we got there the front desk staff we smiling and helpful, despite the long line of anxious people in the lobby. Our room was clean, big, comfortable and had enough kitchen utensils and such to get us through our stay. With stores and restaurants closed for the storm we were thankful for the employees who showed up to keep the cafe open at the hotel. When we ran out of items that would usually be our responsibility to stock, the front desk was kind and helpful. I really can’t thank the employees of Floridays Resort enough.

No hot water, furniture in living room was old, worn out. Bed was comfortable, appliances worked well.

My daughter was evacuated from her college because of hurricane Ian. Her original plans fell through so this was a last minute. They not only greeted her but her 75 lb dog. She stayed there 5 nights. They checked on her and brought her water. When her room had no electricity they immediately moved her to a room that would accommodate her. The rooms were perfect, very spacious and great for the dog. My daughter felt very safe and appreciated their hospitality. I very much recommend this place for you and your pups.

The rooms are spacious for my 10 lb dog. Great place for bigger dogs as well. There’s ample walking and grass areas. They gave us a tennis ball and poop bags along with a poop bag holder. Definitely recommend!
