Everything seemed brand new. The room was very clean and we were assigned a room with a view of the water. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Clearly you are paying for the view and location at this hotel. The dog fee was $40! They also charged a incidental deposit of $50. Breakfast not included. Poo bags were easily accessible as were trash receptacles. No specified outdoor area for dogs but the boardwalk is very nice if you have a dog that can stay away from the huge quantity of goose poo everywhere. Good amount of parking and a Starbucks attached to the hotel. Room was average quality with a few needed repairs.

We had a great time here. No problems at all with having our puppy. The staff all were very nice & welcoming. The rooms were clean. The area has a board walk that's beautiful for walking your pup in the morning. Lots of play areas around for the dogs. Had a great time!! Will go there again.

Hotel was in a great location, right beside the board walk there was tons of places to walk around with your dog. The hotel had poop bags at all the exits, and there was a ton of other dogs there as well!

It seemed like most (if not all) of the guests had pets with them, but the hotel was not overly noisy by any means. Pets are also allowed to be left in the hotel room, with you leaving your phone number behind in case there are any complaints and you need to return early.
The best part? My cat was more than welcome! Staff were not only accepting of a feline visitor, but were excited to meet him! This is very tough to come by at hotels. While we weren’t given treats or bowls, but it appeared this was due to COVID-19 as there also were no “extras” in the room like a pen, phone book, etc. due to safety protocols. Despite this, there were poop bags at the doors and grassy areas which are the “must haves” for many pet visitors.
The hotel itself was very nice. We were given a partial water view room despite not paying the extra fee for one. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and both myself and my cat loved the oversized chair. The staff were kind and we had everything we needed for a great stay. As a bonus, BringFido allowed them to know a pet was coming along AND gave us the best rate of any site we checked.

We checked in at around 11 PM on a Sunday. This has been the second Delta hotel we've stayed at with our girl. We opted, again, for a double queen. The room was reasonably sized and featured a TV, fridge, somewhat dated coffee maker (the Saskatoon Delta at least had a Kuerig), iHome alarm and cordless phone (the latter two of which were unplugged for some unfathomable reason and had to be set up before they could be used). Otherwise, the room itself was your pretty run of the mill hotel room.
The room had no directory, phone book, bible, or anything else that would have been of informational value. As we had arrived late, our choices for food in the hotel and surrounding area were nonexistent. Make sure you bring snacks! You may have to resort to the local Dominoes' Pizza (as suggested by the concierge) or late night gas station for sustenance.
We received no treats, bowls, nor a 'Pet In Room' hangar. What we did receive was an immediate request to fill out the pet form at the front desk when they noticed we brought in our girl with our luggage following the initial check-in. That was about it. Despite having booked through BringFido, it seemed to come as a surprise to the front desk that we had a dog with us.
The nearby park was nice and provided convenient poop bag dispensers. It has also been closed for COVID restrictions.
The tl;dr for this hotel was that we found it offered nothing special to us as human guests and certainly nothing special to our canine companion. The best thing it really might have going for it is being on the waterfront, if that's important to you. It wasn't to us. We just needed a hotel that allowed large dogs.

I stayed here about two weeks ago. Great place, staff were really friendly, it was a clean place, and they were really kind to my dog!! On top of it all, there are some great views nearby and we took our dog on a walk by the waters, beautiful area.

We had a king room that was not considered “direct water view” yet still had a fantastic view of the St Mary’s river and the International Bridge. We loved walking the boardwalk every morning and evening with our dog.
It was a large room with plenty of space for all furniture which included an oversized chair that our Great Dane loved, desk, refrigerator, tv, comfortable king bed, nightstands and small table next to the chair, with still enough room for our luggage on the stand & other duffel bag.
Room was clean with no signs of previous dog occupancy. Everything looked and smelled great. All items worked & were provided as needed including great shower water pressure, air conditioning, bathroom supplies.
All staff were friendly and helpful. So welcoming to our dog too. Room service was prompt, but a bit expensive for the quality of food.
Parking is free and convenient to entrances/exits. WiFi free and worked well.
We loved the hotel, and would come back if traveling through the area again.
