Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 2 pm and must check-out by noon.

Warm, calm clear waters make all types of ocean activity easy. Swim, kayak, snorkel, SUP or kite in the pristine waters right in front of the house. Convenient beach bodega with attached shade pergola for kicking back steps from the water. Bodega fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. 3 Kayaks and 3 SUP's for your enjoyment. Life vests provided. Rinse off in your fresh water beach shower. House - Fully air conditioned. Property recently renovated. Convenience store "Tienda Popular" within walking distance. Separate office with desktop and wired Internet Access. Wi-Fi. 65 " HD TV for your Netflix, U-Tube and DVD viewing. Pet friendly upon owner approval. Extra covered secure parking. Why settle for a hotel room when you can have a private house on the beach. Property has added flexibility with 2 separate but connected living areas. A 2 bedroom 1 bathroom "wing" (no kitchen) and the main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Note there is a $15 per night surcharge during the summer months from May 1st through October 15th to cover additional electric usage. 6 Guest limit please.
