For the money (around $100), it's probably what you would expect for a pet-friendly room. Worn, curtains were very dirty where people pulled them shut with their hands. A half-empty bottle of Powerade was left on the floor and our dog found that within a couple minutes. I kept my shoes on.

It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The carpet was worn, old and not clean. The room smelled of smoke. Luckily I had Lysol spray which helped.

The room was acceptable. The sofa upholstery was a little worn, but the sofa support was good. There was ample area for potty breaks on the Inn circumference. In back of the hotel just across a creek was a great underutilized park where Fido could run free in the shade of venerable trees. Terrific for a large dog.

We had a really nice overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially to my pups. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Made to order omelets! Nice touch.
