I reserved a room with a jetted tub for 3 days & Best Western didn’t tell me they gave my room away. Best Western waited until they collected my money & for me to walk into my room to find out it was not the room type I reserved. I understand that these things happen but I was in town for the holidays & could have stayed somewhere a whole lot cheaper if I just wanted a standard room. I was also unsatisfied with the customer service; the staff were rude. From check-in to checkout it was a horrible experience for my holiday season.

Our visit was ok. But the hotel is certainly not a Plus. The front desk woman was fine. But the hookers in the side parking lot at night sure were interesting 🤔 And the fact that the hotel side door doesn't lock but opens to ANYONE explains how the hookers manage so well. Definitely not staying there on our way back.

Although close to the airport we never heard a single flight when we were in our room. Great soundproofing. Also the facility is clean and well cared for. Great field for exercising dog.

Great location with lots of restaurants and places to walk the dog. Rooms are right opposite front door so there is a lot of noise which woke the dog up throughout the night.

The hotel is great for dogs. We were on the first floor and there is a large area for dogs around back and even on the sides. They put us in a room that had hardwood floors so it didn't smell like dog. But, if you have a nervous dog, don't stay in Room 111 or by it. This was right by the lobby and we could hear people at all hours and you could hear doors being shut.

I can't say enough about this hotel. They were friendly and welcoming. They had everything organized, and the area for dog walking was convenient and had a bag station for convenience. We both really felt welcome and at home. I booked the room for our return trip before I left -- it is that good!

Outdoor pool was well kept. Ample grass area for walking pups with a poop station. 2Q bedroom had enough space for 3 plus 30# dog. Must crate dog when out of room. Hot breakfast had good amount of variety including eggs, meat, and make it yourself waffles. The downside of our accommodations were that the bathroom had a smoky smell on arrival and the room was perpetually damp, in spite of running the air conditioner constantly. Towels and swimsuits never dried and there's no laundry facility on site to dry them.

The front office staff was adequate but not overly helpful. The room was extremely smelly. Not just dog smell but old, wet, mold smell. I had to run out to buy a candle. When I mentioned this to the front office they offered me a bottle of febreeze……...

We had a really good experience stopping here for the night with our two Boston Terriers. The front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and loved our dogs. Decent sized lawn to take the dogs out. Good continental breakfast too.
