Very comfy room. Expected our dog at check-in, no problem. Free parking but no free breakfast. Lots of green space within a city block. No dog treats or bags (we had our own so no big deal). Food from room service was excellent.

The place was clean, the front desk were polite, and our request for a feather-free room was honoured. But for the price we paid, I expected the hotel and the room to be nicer. They didn't provide a dog bed for the pup, no treats. There was nothing explicitly wrong, but it just didn't feel worth the money.

No issues at all checking in with the pets. Clean and nice hotel and guest services were very pleasant at check in.

Received a bit of a hassle at the front desk for being a walk-in, same-day check-in. Otherwise, the room was nice enough. Floors 10 and 17 were reserved for pet owners and we were on 10. Not sure if we were at the wrong one but the park across the street had several no dogs allowed signs posted, but we managed to find some surrounding strips of grass. Other hotels we've stayed at provided complimentary biscuit(s) or dog bags. Delta provided us with neither. Otherwise, it was an all right stay.
