We were put on the 4th floor instead of 1st or 2nd per the description. The person that checked us in asked for our id’s which is fine but then continued to question if these were our names!?!? There was only mulch around the hotel, no grassy area as described. As we were checking out we discovered a fake grass area inside the hotel and an empty jar of dog treats. Hotel was good but did not seem to know anything about BringFido.
We haven’t received any photos of Holiday Inn Express Andover North-Lawrence an IHG Hotel yet.
