Older hotel. Cheap and dog friendly. Lots of grass for dogs. Staff very nice. Breakfast included. I’d stay again.

Everything was okay but other than allowing dogs, they didn't do anything to welcome them. I had to tell the desk that the container of baggies was empty. There was a grassy area but it was not well lit for nighttime use. We had requested a first floor room but wound up on the second - so the dogs got to experience riding in an elevator.

Very polite and accommodating staff. We left our dog unattended in the room in the daytimes and never heard any complaints. Small grass area are available and the hotel itself seemed in good shape. Would recommend to any overnight or short stays.

The carpets were dirty, the room smelled a little bit, and the TVs don't work properly. Broken toilet in one of the rooms made the outside carpet smell like feces. Staff had a nonchalant attitude about it. My wife's room smelled like crap.

Pros: staff was nice, free breakfast, very comfortable for my 2 doggies, love the deposit $25 each (it could of been $75 each), peaceful night's rest, next to the freeway, and very close to great restaurants. Cons: very worn old building, really needs an upgrade. OVERALL it's ok for a 1 night stay.

Pretty much what we expected out of a La Quinta. No issues as far as the dog goes ($25 pet fee) but the area wasn’t super great. We almost packed back up in the car and drove through the night but had already paid $100 for the night.

The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a strong cleaning smell (to mask other odors?). In addition, there were several stains on the carpet that we pretty gross. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice grassy area for the dog to do her business. Overall, the hotel was very worn down and in desperate need of upgrades.

Our room had stains on the carpet and chair. The room smelled terrible and the dogs started scratching within a few minutes of being inside. Would not stay here again.

Every room is pet friendly. The beds were fairly comfortable. Negatives-no longer have night security patrol, hotel is old and tired, no water provided but available for purchase, only one ice machine which is on the second floor and very limited breakfast. The metal face fell off of our set in box of Kleenex. Filthy, disgustingly dirty room- the carpet was stretched and had deep, set in stains and ground in stuff. We had to cover our path with towels. The carpet was not well vacuumed-there was debris in corners, under ottoman and in various other places-gross! The chair and ottoman were FILTHY and a corner of the ottoman was chewed. Only 1 electrical outlet worked, but we thought we were charging our devices all night-ugh! The sink was clogged and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush it. When we complained at check out we were told they will remodel but don’t know when. Take this one off of the list!

The only employer I saw was nice enough. The hotel is old and showing it. The room was supposed to be the "King deluxe suite" but it was just a regular room with a king size bed in it. There is a nice area to walk your dog to the South side to the building.

They did not charge me extra as a per night fee for my dog. They have a small pet potty area with free doggie bags. Dogs can stay in the room unattended. Good quality for a budget-focused hotel

I will start with positives. Or room was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was great, very friendly and responsive. The location was convenient. Parking was well lit. They welcome pets, which is why we booked here. The hotel is very much in need of maintenance. The carpet is old and needs replacing, especially in the halls. The guest dryer didn't work (which we found out after we washed our clothes). We're had to take the laundry to a laundromat to dry. Breakfast was a sack of snacks. The elevator had indicator lights out and there was a sticky spill in it that wasn't cleaned up during our three day stay. One of our lamps, the microwave, and the mini fridge didn't work. Luckily we had a cooler, but I had to go to a different floor for it since the one on our floor was out of order. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again. There were just too many negatives.

Staff was friendly. The room was “well worn.” Our room would be acceptable if the dog was staying by himself. Many flaws … with tears in the curtains, holes in the sheets, a crack in the bathtub, and lots of dust in the A/C unit. The up charge for “Deluxe King” was not worth the extra $. This room probably should be on the “remodel” list and not the “available” list.

We liked the location. Many shopping opportunities and restaurants. Typical La Quinta room. Grab and go breakfast was better than most. Dog section fine.

We were making a short stop in Albuquerque so we were not there long. The room was clean, on the first floor close to an entrance so midnight potty breaks were quick and easy.
