Convenient, cheap, clean. No frills place to stay with our 45 lbs. dog. No designated areas to take them to ‘potty’ but plenty of open space to the south for this. Overall no hassle and was exactly what we needed for a brief overnight stay.

If I could give this to place a negative-bone review I would. This motel is not only seedy, but it’s falling apart. Their room a/c units aren’t equipped to handle the hot, high humidity July weather and everything was damp. Not only that, but when I woke up all of my belongings were damp, too. There were cockroaches in the room and outrageously uncomfortable mattresses. There is no designated pet area and the whole “yard” - think sandy parking lot - is covered in fire ants. My girl got stung several times and woke up with welts. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. Don’t go there. It’s not worth the hassle.

The beds were fairly comfortable. There was a microwave but no coffee in the room. The door locked but barely; the security lock was broken off. No elevator but I was placed on the ground floor. The outside doors are not locked at night. There are construction workers staying so It is noisy in the evening but quiets down fairly early. But it gets noisy again around 5 a.m. as they get up and begin their day.
It seemed clean, but because it is so ill kept, I questioned everything else. I brought my own sleep bag in and put I on the bed.
I did like that there are hard floor, no carpet.
