  Room partially remodeled. Beware of the birds; every tree on the property has hundreds of birds nesting in them. Bird poop all over. Be careful where you walk your pet.

  Never again

  The staff was very friendly but the room was not. We had requested a non smoking room as we each have asthma. The sign on the door was posted non smoking but when we walked in we could smell the remnants of cigarette smoke. There were old cigarette burns on the bathtub and bed cover. We decided to tough it out since we were very tired. But then after 3 hours sleep my husband and I both had to get up and use our inhalers due to breathing the smoke remnants.

  This Inn is off the highway just enough to be very peaceful and quiet. Excellent after being on the road for a few hours.

  Room was clean, but had a distinct cat urine smell. OK for an overnight stay.

  Needs updating

  Very basic room in need of modernization. Pet rooms have carpet instead of hard floors, which has become standard in hotels that have pet friendly rooms. Had to kill at least 15 flies in room upon arrival. No sound proofing. No outlets near bed/nightstand. Pool empty and doesn’t look like it’s been used in a long, long time.

  Good place for the night

  The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but Carly did find lots of smells on the carpet. There was a big field nearby as well as some grassy areas for walking Carly. Pool was empty and not in good repair. Beds were comfortable and clean.

  Great budget friendly location!

  We travel cross country with our dog and try to stay in budget friendly hotels since we are only staying overnight and then hitting the road in the morning. We were not concerned with amenities. (If you look at the map, don’t be fooled, there is no lake across the street, it is dried up and the pool is not filled.) Our most important qualities are cleanliness and unfortunately it seems like that is sometimes sacrificed in motels in this price range. Not with this motel. The staff took pride in their jobs and it was evident because the room was spotless. The decor was a little dated, but again, that was not important to us. It was important to us that we could leave our dog in the room to go out to dinner and this motel offered that too. Lastly, as a bonus, they serve a continental breakfast with pretty good coffee.   Clean, grassy area for my dog

  They wanted to put us upstairs. Saying the pet rooms were up there. However, half of the hotel didn’t work so we ended up in a downstairs suite. Was a bit aggravating after a very long drive.

  Nice clean room. Accepted 2 large goldens. Breakfast too.
