Beach Access:
• 2-minute walk to the beach down a private trail
• 5-minute drive to downtown Long Beach
Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Dog blankets are available
• Pooper scooper and bags available
Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• No garage parking
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
• Separate fenced front yard for children/animals
• Pack N' Play, high chairs, plastic serving dishes, and silverware are available.
• Outdoor slide/swing playset with sandbox

• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

• Bedroom 2: King bed in 2nd upstairs bedroom, and twin sleeper sofa
• Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk beds (4 twins) – max weight 150lbs on upper bunks
• Bedroom 4: King bed with a large outside deck
Bathrooms:
• Downstairs: European shower – roll-in shower for wheelchairs
• Upstairs: Jack and Jill bathroom with twin double vanity and shower
• Upstairs: Master bedroom jetted tub – ADA accessible
• Game Room: Shower ONLY

• Cooking: Pots and pans, frying pans, stock pot, pizza pans, mixing bowls, roasting pan, casserole dishes, cutting boards, strainer, and serving plates and bowls
• Baking: muffin tins, cookie sheets, cake pan, pie dishes, wet and dry measuring cups, measuring spoons, cookie cutters, sifter

To Note:
• The stairs leading to the second floor are designed as free-floating, which might make some individuals or animals feel uneasy due to their open structure. Rest assured, these stairs have been inspected thoroughly and are deemed safe for use.
