We loved our stay at Club Quarters. The front desk team could not have been nicer or more helpful. Great little hotel bar, nice sitting/dining area near it, and many amenities right outside the door. Bryant Park is a short walk, as is Whole Foods and everything else imaginable.

Room was clean. We didn’t get any additional amenities for having our pup with us (I’d read about being given a dog bed, treats, and sign for the room). Hotel is in a great location with nearby parking garage ($55/day). The thing I’ve got to take a bone off for is that although there is no pet fee, I wouldn’t necessarily call the hotel pet friendly because there is no designated area to let your dog relieve themselves. A small scrap of grass in front of the hotel would’ve gone a long way for our pup who has never been to NYC and has no instinct to go potty on concrete. For that reason it turned into quite a stressful evening for us because we had to try and find somewhere he was willing to go. He was overwhelmed and so were we; if the hotel had a designated pet relief area it would have been a lot easier on us. Just food for thought if you’re thinking about finding a place to stay in NYC with your dog who isn’t used to being in a concrete jungle.

We needed help with our bags as we traveled with 2 dogs and the hotel said they had no luggage carts so offered a bellman who could not possibly carry our 7 bags plus dog bed. The hotel didn't give us anything for the dogs except a door hanger warning there were dogs inside.
